KENNY BRADY

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

Kenny Brady is the Vice President of Sales for LuLaRoe, the largest social retailer in the United States. He has the important responsibility of coaching and mentoring thousands of Independent Fashion Retailers as they navigate the exciting adventure of becoming entrepreneurs, many for the first time.

In this role, Kenny develops sales and leadership curriculum for trainings and events, designs inspirational leadership events, curates access to industry leading speakers and guides the day-to-day sales operations that have made LuLaRoe a $2 billion dollar brand in just five years. He sources speakers and collaborators from favorite books, podcasts, and speeches, as well as relative “unknowns” he’s met along the way who have an inspiring story or helpful strategy to share. Kenny is always listening and learning, identifying new needs as well as new approaches and opportunities for others to grow their respective businesses and serve their teams, employees, and customers. Before his current position, Kenny designed and implemented sales systems to support the explosive growth of the brand.

As the eldest son of LuLaRoe’s President and Co-Founder, DeAnne Stidham, Kenny comes from a long line of entrepreneurs. He started studying his mother’s entrepreneurial endeavors from an early age and has nearly twenty years of first-hand experience selling the fashions at in-home pop-up boutiques throughout the country. His middle name – his mothers’ given surname – is coincidentally Startup; it seems he was born for this work. Always resourceful, he began working fairly young in his uncles’ catering businesses where he quickly developed a good work ethic. That, combined with the natural responsibilities that came with being the oldest of seven kids, ultimately resulted in Kenny being placed in leadership positions at a relatively young age.

Prior to LuLaRoe, Kenny founded, built, and sold several successful catering, mortgage financing and photography businesses. His brand Fotofafa, a post-production company for wedding photographers, quickly became an industry leader. Kenny also served as a construction superintendent, building multimillion-dollar subterranean and multi-story structures.
