Justin Lyon

Justin Lyon is the Chief Marketing Officer at LuLaRoe. His unique approach to fashion and point of view drives the creative vision and vibe for the largest social retailer in the United States. Justin’s responsible for the planning, development and execution of LuLaRoe’s brand creative, messaging, marketing initiatives and events.
As CMO, Justin drives the strategies that bring the inner beauty and strength of the LuLaRoe consumer and Retailer to life. He oversees a team of creatives that work hard to inspire, promote confidence and build community through inspirational designs, photography and events. Justin also believes it’s important to challenge the old industry way of portraying and celebrating customers in advertising. That’s why, under his leadership, LuLaRoe’s marketing campaigns have always featured real-life Retailers as models.
Justin’s fresh and original guerilla marketing ideas have served to grow the LuLaRoe fan base in both traditional channels and the digital space. He brings an artistic and pragmatic approach to creating the highly successful LuLaRoe brand image.
Prior to LuLaRoe, Justin was an owner and producer of the cult-hit kid’s show Yo Gabba Gabba!, for which he won a BAFTA for Best International Children’s Program. He also co-founded Yeah! Field Trip!, a community based tradeshow and conference for professional photographers and creatives. An avid producer, director and photographer, Justin has also produced several independent films competing at esteemed film competitions including the Sundance Film Festival. He currently lives in Corona, California with his dream girl and their four amazing children.
