Chief Technology Officer
Guillermo Lopez serves as the Chief Technology Officer for LuLaRoe, one of the nation’s fastest growing fashion brands. He’s in a league of his own leading the technology and IT organizations for the largest social retailer in the United States.
Guillermo is responsible for the development, deployment, and security of all technology systems and processes. His strategies allow LuLaRoe to connect with customers around the country and help thousands of Independent Fashion Retailers grow their businesses. He also evaluates new infrastructure and solves technology problems that are completely unique to this level of retailer.
Because of the sheer volume of people on any one platform at one time, every technology system that’s set-up for LuLaRoe is eventually outgrown – from invoicing and wholesale orders to Dropbox and BOX. Guillermo always comes to the rescue, modifying programs and improving systems, so everyone at the company has the tools they need to do business.
Guillermo has modeled his leadership style after the principles of Extreme Ownership by Navy SEAL Jocko Willink. He believes discipline helps people work together better, builds trust and enables them to tackle any challenges. Before coming to LuLaRoe in 2015, Guillermo spent 17 years leading IT efforts for St. John Knits, a luxury ready-to-wear apparel company in Irvine, California.
